Stress is no more a word; it’s a fact today, a modern day reality in people’s lives. Stress is something that is not just limited to the mind, it happens in the physical body as well. Pains, aches, tensions are common problems that our muscles, joints and nerves are feeling almost every day. This physical stress also leads to frustration, depression, irritation in the minds of many. It’s a suffering. Poor diet and lifestyle habits along with environmental hazards have led to this. At the same time, Yoga has emerged as a great remedy for all kinds of stress and stress related problems. If you take stress out of your life, more than half of the problems are gone. A correct diet based on the principles of Ayurveda and a good lifestyle including dedicated sessions for Yoga everyday can actually transform your life for the better. It has happened to many people and we wish this positive transformation can happen with billions of us across the globe.
